Manuel Paolo A. VillarPresident and CEO Manuel Paolo A. Villar serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of St. Augustine Gold and Copper Limited (SAGCL). He has been CEO of SAGCL since 2012 and was appointed Chairman and CEO in 2014. Mr. Villar also serves as Vice-Chairman of TVI Resource Development (Phils.), Inc. and Director of TVI Pacific Inc., reflecting his active leadership in the Philippine mining industry under Prime Resource Holdings, Inc. In addition to his mining roles, he was elected President and Chief Executive Officer of Vista Land and Lifescapes, Inc. in July 2011 and President of Vistamalls, Inc in June 2019. Moreover, he is also the President of Powersource Phils Development Corp. and the Chairman of Vista Land subsidiaries Camella Homes, Inc., Communities 8 Philippines, Inc., Crown Asia Properties, Inc., Brittany Corporation, Vista Residences, Inc. Mr. Villar brings extensive corporate management and investment experience to St. Augustine’s mining and development initiatives. Mr. Villar graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, USA with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Bachelor of Applied Science in 1999. He was an Analyst for McKinsey &Co. in the United States from 1999 to 2001. He joined Vista Land in 2001 as Head of Corporate Planning then became its Chief Financial Officer in 2008. |

Yolanda Coronel-ArmentaDirector Ms. Yolanda Coronel-Armenta is currently the Accountant and Finance Officer for Cahan Properties, Inc. Prior to this, she was the Operations Manager for Pacific Property Management, Inc. and Corporate Real Estate Broker of California. She has over 30 years of experience in Finance and Operations Management. Ms. Coronel-Armenta received her degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines. She also holds two Certificates in Real Estate: from UCLA and the state of California. In addition, she is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in both the Philippines and the State of Texas. |

Eugene T. Mateo, BBA, MBA, LLB, LLMDirector Atty. Mateo is a lawyer and a certified public accountant with over 40 years of experience as senior finance and management executive in various companies. He joined the TVIRD as vice president for finance and administration in 1995. At this time, TVI was pursuing a number of projects in the Philippines, including the Canatuan Mining Project, the drilling operations of its subsidiary company and a number of exploration activities. In January 2005, Atty. Mateo was appointed President of TVIRD – a position he held until his retirement in 2019. He was also elected president of various subsidiaries under the TVI Group of Companies. From 1998 to 2004, Atty. Mateo served as a member of the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission and as chairman of the PRC Accounting Licensure and Regulatory Board from 2001 onwards. |

Michael G. ReginoDirector Michael G Regino is the Chief Operating Officer of St. Augustine Gold and Copper, Limited , a position he has held since 2015, where he leads the advancement of the King-king Copper - Gold Project and oversees strategic partnerships and project development initiatives. He also serves as the President of TVI Resource Development Inc, the Philippine affiliate of TVI Pacific directing the group's overall operations, financial strategy, and growth agenda across its mining portfolio. In addition, he is the President and CEO of Philippine Associated Smelter and Refining Corp (PASAR). Prior to his mining leadership roles, he served as Commissioner and President/CEO of the Social Security System (SSS), where he introduced significant institutional and investment reforms. With more than three decades of experience in mining, finance, property development and public administration, he is recognized for combining strategic foresight, operational excellence, and financial discipline in driving sustainable value creation across the mining and resources sector. |

Edsel M. AbrasaldoDirector Mr. Edsel Abrasaldo is a Licensed Geologist and the current President of MRL Nickel Philippines, Inc. (MNPI) – a Canadian company and one of the JV partners that operates the Agata Nickel Laterite mine in Agusan del Norte, Mindanao Island, Philippines. Mr. Abrasaldo is one of the pioneer employees of MNPI when the company started exploring in the Philippines in 1997. He worked as a project geologist in the MNPI’s Pan de Azucar copper-gold, Agata gold, and Tapian-San Francisco copper-gold projects. |

Nicolaos ParaskevasExecutive Director Nicolaos “Nico” Paraskevas is an Executive Director of St. Augustine Gold & Copper Limited, where he oversees major operational, financial, investment, and business development functions of the company’s copper portfolio across multiple jurisdictions. Before joining St. Augustine, Nico held senior roles within Glencore International, culminating in his appointment as Head of Copper, where he was responsible for global copper, cobalt, and molybdenum marketing, P&L optimization, and working capital management across a sprawling portfolio. Earlier in his career, he served as CFO of Katanga Mining Ltd. and held directorships in leading mining companies such as Doña Inés de Collahuasi and Antamina. A chartered accountant by training (University of the Witwatersrand), he combines deep technical experience in commodity trading and capital markets with strategic insight in resource development, enabling him to contribute sustainability, discipline, and growth to St. Augustine’s evolving mining agenda. |

Andrew J. RussellProject Director Andrew J. Russell is one of the original founders of St. Augustine Gold and Copper Limited and currently serves as its Project Director and Director, leading the advancement of the King-king Copper-Gold Project. With over 20 years of experience in the acquisition, financing, and management of major mining projects, he has played a key role in building and guiding St. Augustine since its inception. His extensive background includes leadership in project development, corporate structuring, and capital markets, most recently demonstrated in the acquisition, NYSE IPO, and 2023 S-K 1300 study of the Santa Cruz Copper Project under Ivanhoe Electric. As a seasoned mining executive and strategic financier, he brings a proven track record in delivering value-driven, globally recognized resource projects through disciplined execution and stakeholder collaboration. Andy also leads Russell Mining & Minerals, a principal shareholder in St. Augustine, and helps steer strategic capital and operational decisions across the group. Andy is a certified Project Management Professional and Lean Expert through Honeywell International. Andy is a United States Air Force Academy CL 1991 graduate. |
