  • Respect for Indigenous Peoples & Heritage: Uphold the rights of the Mansaka under IPRA, UNDRIP, and FPIC, ensuring cultural heritage is safeguarded through a Cultural Heritage Management Plan.
  • Community Engagement & Benefits: Maintain open, inclusive consultation with stakeholders; support community-driven development through employment, training, livelihood, and infrastructure programs under the Social Development and Management Program (SDMP).
  • Transparency & Grievance Mechanisms: Provide accessible and culturally appropriate grievance channels, supported by transparent sustainability reporting in line with GRI and ICMM requirements.
  • Health, Safety & Wellbeing: Ensure safe and healthy working conditions for employees and contractors, while supporting public health initiatives in local communities.
