Michael G Regino is the Chief Operating Officer of St. Augustine Gold and Copper, Limited , a position he has held since 2015, where he leads the advancement of the King-king Copper – Gold Project and oversees strategic partnerships and project development initiatives.

He also serves as the President of TVI Resource Development Inc, the Philippine affiliate of TVI Pacific directing the group’s overall operations , financial strategy , and growth agenda across its mining portfolio. In addition, he is the President and CEO of Philippine Associated Smelter and Refining Corp (PASAR).

Prior to his mining leadership roles, he served as Commissioner and President/CEO of the Social Security System (SSS), where he introduced significant institutional and investment reforms. With more than three decades of experience in mining, finance, property development and public administration, he is recognized for combining strategic foresight, operational excellence, and financial discipline in driving sustainable value creation across the mining and resources sector.
