Love “Lolot” D. Manigsaca is a finance executive with relevant mining industry experience, currently also serving as Chief Financial Officer of TVI Pacific, Inc., with oversight over strategic financial planning, corporate governance, complaince and investment structuring.         

His credentials include CPA, CMA, Certified Financial Modeler & Valuation Analyst, Certified Capital Markets & Securities Analyst, and Certified Global Business Analyst.  He obtained his MBA from Durham University, UK.

Previously, he has held executive roles including President of Greenstone Resources Corporation, the Mineral Production Sharing Agreement holder for the Siana and Mapawa Gold Projects under Red 5 Limited.  His experience spans capital structuring, financial modeling, project financing, cross-border operations, merger & acquisition, and project development. This track record underlines his ability to bridge technical finance, operational execution, and strategic investment in the mining sector.
