Kingking Project – Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Commitment Statement

Preamble

St. Augustine Gold and Copper affirms its commitment to responsible and sustainable mining at the Kingking Copper-Gold Project in Pantukan, Davao de Oro, situated within the ancestral domain of the Mansaka Indigenous Cultural Community. We operate in full compliance with Philippine laws—including the Indigenous Peoples’ Rights Act (IPRA), the Environmental Impact Statement System, and all relevant regulations of the DENR and NCIP—and guided by our Free, Prior, and Informed Consent (FPIC) agreement with the Mansaka people.

We uphold international best practices, including the International Council on Mining and Metals (ICMM) Mining Principles, UN Environment Programme (UNEP) guidelines, and our ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.

This statement outlines our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) commitments to the Mansaka, local and national stakeholders, and the environment as we advance the Kingking Project.
